Here’s the offer: reduce your carbon footprint while saving money and improving your home’s comfort. In Spring 2025, Minnesota will be implementing a Home Energy Rebate program using federal funds from the Inflation Reduction Act. Up to $14,000 of funds will be available per household for Electrical Upgrades for purposes of displacing fossil fuel use. Funds are qualified based upon household income and availability. Heat Pumps
Water Heaters
Clothes Dryers
Electric Vehicle Chargers
Induction Cooktops/Stoves
Electric Service and Panel Upgrades
New electrical circuits
